2012 PATRIOT SOCCER CLUB FALL REGISTRATION

• May 1st to June 1st
• Open to boys and girls ages 8 to 13
• Online Player Registration Form
• Interested in Coaching?Coach Registration
• Team Administrator Registration
• Registration and information nights are May 7th and May 9th from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.at the Gray/New Gloucester High School gym. Uniform sizes will be available for players to try on.
• Fees for the 2012 fall season (including: shirt, shorts and socks to be kept by players)
• $150.00 for 1st child
• $125.00 for 2nd child
• $100.00 for the 3rd child
• $40 for any child thereafter per family
